[origin: EP0367046A1] The invention relates to a hydrostatic planetary piston machine, with which high torques are to be transmitted or produced. As input or output part it contains a displacer part (1) and a control part (2) situated next to the latter and serving to supply working fluid to the displacer part (1) and withdraw working fluid from it. <??>The displacer part (1) has a first, rigid housing (3) with a first internal toothing (4), which co-operates with a rotatable, eccentrically arranged planetary piston (5) with a first external toothing (6). The planetary piston (5) has a second internal toothing (7), which meshes with a second external toothing (8) on a centrically mounted shaft (9), which at least also passes through the control part (2) and is supported on both sides. The difference in the number of teeth between the first internal and external toothing (4,6) is 1. <??>The second internal and external toothing (7,8) has a difference in the number of teeth of at least ..., the external toothing (6,8) in each case being the toothing with the lower number of teeth. A rotary commutator (11) of the control part (2) is coupled to the planetary piston (5) via a circular-arc gear unit (28,29) with a transmission ratio of 1 : 1.
