[origin: WO8909919A1] The invention relates to an aerodynamic device of a body (1) particularly applicable to the rear part of a projectile allowing for the taking away of said rear part with respect to useful charges (3) contained inside the projectile. This economical device, of reduced volume, produces its effects on a body (1) provided with a certain rotational speed. The fixing of blades (4) to the body is made in different ways so as not to be cumbersome and allow the blades (4), by means of a stop system (7, 8), to be fully operative. After unlocking of the system which maintains the blades along the body, the blades are subjected to the centrifugal force as well as to the effects of the speed of the body (1), and when extended, the blades increase the aerodynamic drag of the body, thereby acting as a brake. Application to all bodies, particularly projectiles, for example self-propulsed vectors having a rotational motion.

L'invention concerne un dispositif aérodynamique d'un corps (1) notamment applicable sur la partie arrière d'un projectile permettant l'éloignement de celle-ci par rapport aux charges utiles (3) contenues à l'intérieur du projectile. Ce dispositif économique et de volume réduit produit ses effets sur un corps (1) muni d'une certaine vitesse de rotation. La fixation des lamelles (4) sur ce corps est réalisée de différentes façons, de manière à obtenir un minimum d'encombrement et permettre aux lamelles (4), grâce à un système de butée (7, 8), de jouer pleinement leur rôle. En effet, les lamelles (4), après le déverrouillage du système les maintenant le long du corps, sont soumises à la force centrifuge ainsi qu'aux effets de la vitesse du corps (1) et, en se déployant, elles augmentent la traînée aérodynamique du corps remplissant leur fonction de freinage. Application à tous les corps notamment les projectiles, par exemple les vecteurs auto-propulsés animés d'un mouvement de rotation.
