A vertically adjustable platform trestle for constructing vertically adjustable theatre stages or the like consists of an upper frame (2), carrying a platform (1), which is supported by four scissor-type supports (4), one scissor-type support leg in each case being displaceable together with a catch bolt (10), stressed by a catch spring (9), on longitudinal members of the upper frame (2) which are provided with catch openings (11), the catch bolts (10), which can be adjusted transverse to the longitudinal members, being displaceable rearwards on guide profile rails (14, 15) but shackled axially. In order to facilitate the vertical adjustment, the guide profiles (14, 15) are according to the invention in each case articulated via parallelogram connecting rods (16 to 19) on platform-side bearing locations (20), and are connected via tension links (22, 23) to a central adjusting member (27) which can be pulled towards one transverse side of the upper frame (2). <IMAGE>

Ein höhenverstellbarer Podestbock zum Aufbau höhenvariabler Theaterbühnen od. dgl. besitzt einen eine Plattform (1) tragenden Oberrahmen (2), der über vier Scheren (4) abgestützt ist, von denen jeweils ein Scherenschenkel zusammen mit einem durch eine Rastfeder (9) belasteten Rastzapfen (10) an mit Rastöffnungen (11) versehenen Längsholmen des Oberrahmens (2) verschiebbar ist, wobei die Rastzapfen (10) rückwärtig an Führungsprofilschienen (14, 15) verschiebbar, aber axial gefesselt sind, die quer zu den Längsholmen verstellbar sind. Um die Höhenverstellung zu erleichtern, sind erfindungsgemäß die Führungsprofile (14, 15) jeweils über Parallelogrammlenker (16 bis 19) an plattformseitigen Lagerstellen (20) angelenkt und über Zuglaschen (22, 23) an ein zentrales, in Richtung auf eine Querseite des Oberrahmens (2) hin anziehbares Verstellglied (27) angeschlossen.
