Transport and/or storing container for liquids or granular materials, having an outer shell (1) composed of a lattice of horizontal and vertical lattice bars (2) (3), a base (4) and an inner container (5) made of plastic. The inner container bears, on the inside, against the outer shell and rests on the base. The vertical lattice bars of the outer shell are bent over into the plane of the base. They form, optionally with horizontal lattice bars of the outer shell and/or with attached lattice bars (7), the base. The bent-over lattice bars and the optionally attached lattice bars are welded to one another. <??>A process for producing the outer shell with base is also specified. <IMAGE>

Transport- und/oder Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten sowie für feinteiliges Schüttgut mit einem Außenmantel (1) aus einem Gitter mit horizontalen und vertikalen Gitterstäben (2)(3), einem Boden (4) und einem Innenbehälter (5) aus Kunststoff. Der Innenbehälter liegt innenseitig an dem Außenmantel an und ruht auf dem Boden auf. Die vertikalen Gitterstäbe des Außenmantels sind in die Bodenebene umgebogen. Sie bilden, gegebenenfalls mit horizontalen Gitterstäben des Außenmantels und/oder mit beigelegten Gitterstäben (7), den Boden. Die umgebogenen Gitterstäbe und die gegebenenfalls beigelegten Gitterstäbe sind miteinander verschweißt. Auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Außenmantels mit Boden wird angegeben.
