Abstract (en)

The spool valve has a housing (1), in which a piston (10) can be displaced. Said piston has control edges, which are formed by rings (8, 8a, 11, 11a, 12) and cooperate with control edges of the housing (1). The control edges of the housing (1) are likewise formed by rings (7, 7a, 7b), which have the same thickness as the rings of the piston. A piezoelement (22) engages the piston (10) as actuating element. It is possible using this spool valve to achieve very simply a zero coverage between the control edges of the housing (1) and piston (10). Since the piezoelement (22) has a very short travel, it is ensured that in conjunction with the zero coverage even in the case of the smallest travels the spool valve operates reliably and the control edges assume precisely defined positions with respect to one another. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Das Kolbenschieberventil hat ein Gehäuse (1), in dem ein Kolben (10) verschiebbar ist. Er hat durch Ringe (8, 8a, 11, 11a, 12) gebildete Steuerkanten, die mit Steuerkanten des Gehäuses (1) zusammenwirken. Die Steuerkanten des Gehäuses (1) sind ebenfalls durch Ringe (7, 7a, 7b) gebildet, die gleiche Dicke wie die Ringe des Kolbens haben. Am Kolben (10) greift ein Piezoelement (22) als Stellelement an. Mit diesem Kolbenschieberventil läßt sich sehr einfach eine Null-Überdeckung zwischen den Steuerkanten von Gehäuse 1 und Kolben (10) erreichen. Da das Piezoelement (22) sehr geringe Hubwege hat, ist in Verbindung mit der Null-Überdeckung sichergestellt, daß auch bei kleinsten Hubwegen das Kolbenschieberventil zuverlässig arbeitet und die Steuerkanten genau definierte Stellungen zueinander einnehmen.
