[origin: JPH02187217A] PURPOSE: To reduce cycle time of operation by arranging each notch, which has a width slightly larger than that of a supporting web, under each tooth end of a comb and providing a small projecting rim on the upper face of each tooth end. CONSTITUTION: Each tooth or harpoon 61 has a notch 66 and a projecting rim 67 under its end. The width 1' of the notch 66 is equal to or slightly larger than the thickness 1" of the supporting web 8 of bearings 9. The plane determined by the upper face of the harpoon 61 is in contact with a roll 11 essentially at one point, and, with a frame 62 at a lowered position, its tangential line is close to the contact line of a toothed roll 14. The notch 66 in contact with the supporting roll 11 at one point becomes aligned with the supporting web 8, with the frame at a raised position. At the beginning of the cycle at the lowered position, the comb serves as a guiding table that feeds a sheet to be bent in the direction of the roll. At the end of the cycle at the raised position, the notch 66 holds the linear edge of the bent sheet in a detached state, arranging the edge on each side of the web.

L'invention apour objet une machine à cintrer les toles, dites rouleuse. Dans une rouleuse de l'invention, les rouleaux crénelés 13, 14 sont soumis à la pression d'un train de trois rouleaux presseurs 13,16,17 d'axes parallèles aux axes des rouleaux crénelés, à savoir un rouleau presseur médian 16 faisant pression à la fois sur chacun des rouleaux crénelés 13, 14, et des rouleaux dits latéraux 15, 17 la ligne de contact entre ces derniers 13, 14, 15, 17 étant situé au-dessus du plan 20 défini par les axes des rouleaux crénelés, les axes des rouleaux de l'ensemble, dit mobile, des rouleaux presseurs et crénelés étant substanciellement fixes les uns par rapport aux autres.
