[origin: EP0368698A2] Device for electrically heating products contained in receptacles, in particular depilatory wax, which comprises a receptacle made from thermally conductive material inside which is housed the product to be heated up, in particular a depilatory wax in the form of a rechargeable block, and which is provided at its upper part with an application device having an equalising roller, the said receptacle being shaped so as to be able to be positioned in a casing provided with heating means, this device being characterised in that the said heating means (24, 36) are constructed so as to ensure, on the one hand, heating up of the product, such as the block of depilatory wax (12) housed in the said receptacle (10), to softening temperature and, on the other hand, heating up, during use, of the application device (14) with an equalising roller (16) to this same softening temperature. <IMAGE>
