[origin: JPH02193760A] PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a vehicle body by manufacturing the vehicle body comprising individually manufactured body modules, forming the respective modules of sandwich structure, and providing a connection member on an edge part side. CONSTITUTION: When a floor module 2.2 is connected to a side wall module 2.4, a double chamber-support contour body 14 forming an outer edge frame of a body module forming a boundary from a honeycomb 8 by inserting a regulation adhesive or regulation foamed body 26 therebetween is pulled into a sandwich structure by one half of the width of the counter body, and firmly connected to each other by an insertion connected contour body 28. The contour body 28 is pressed onto the contour body of the hollow chamber having no cover layer, and surface-adhered to the part. A free contour leg body of the contour body 28 is correctly connected to a cover layer 4.6 of the body modules 2.2 to 2.4 in an assembled condition.
