The invention relates to a method for the production of hot-rolled steel strip from a continuously cast material, in which the material, after solidification, is fed into a continuous rolling mill which works the material with as high a reduction per pass as possible and whose sets of rolls are arranged at a minimum distance one behind the other. In order to provide a method and an apparatus for the method with which method or apparatus it is possible to carry out a maximum reduction per pass in minimum roll passes, it is proposed that the feed strip be reduced under controlled tension at least in two successive sets of rolls. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von warmgewalztem Stahlband aus einem bandförmig stranggegossenem Vormaterial, bei dem das Vormaterial nach Erstarrung in ein mit möglichst hoher Stichabnahme verformendes kontinuierliches Walzwerk eingeführt wird, dessen Walzensätze mit minimalen Abstand hintereinander angeordnet sind. Um ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung des Verfahrens zu schaffen, mit dem bzw. der es möglich ist, eine maximale Stichabnahme in minimalen Walzstichen durch-zuführen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß das Vorband mindestens in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Walzensätzen unter geregeltem Zug reduziert wird.
