The process includes providing a composition in slurry form (1) of an aqueous sludge waste and a film-forming material. The resulting aqueous composition is sprayed (9) into an evaporation zone (7) to remove sufficient water to produce free-flowing solids (19).

Procédé de production de matières solides coulant librement à partir d'une composition de déchets de boue aqueuse. Le procédé consiste à utiliser une composition sous la forme de boue (1) d'un déchet de boue aqueux et une matière filmogène. La composition aqueuse résultante est vaporisée (9) dans une zone d'évaporation (7) pour enlever suffisamment d'eau de manière à produire des solides coulant librement (19).
