Abstract (en)
[origin: WO8902821A1] This invention relates to a lining material for the inner surface of a pipe of a pipeline used for transferring various fluids such as water supply and sewage, town gas, petroleum, and the like, and is characterized in that filaments having low elongation but high strength are used as yarns (12) for constituting a fibrous cylindrical member (13) together with a cylindrical woven fabric (2') or as wefts (5), (16) constituting each cylindrical woven fabric (2), (6). Because of this feature, the lining material has excellent properties such as vibration-proofness, shape retentivity against external pressure and small diameter expansion that are required for lining materials of pipeline.
