A method for making an endless sling, in particular a sling formed in accordance with German Standards Specification DIN 61360 for the slinging and hoisting of loads, using an endless strand consisting of a ropelike bundle of cords and covered with a sleeve of synthetic fibre textile fabric, characterised in that the strand (1), before being coated with the textile fabric sleeve (7), is first coated with a liquid-impermeable sleeve (10) of plastic film and only then with the textile fabric sleeve (7) and the latter is impregnated with an impregnating fluid (12). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Endlos-Rundschlinge, insbesondere nach DIN 61360 zum Anschlagen und Heben von Lasten ausgebildete Rundschlinge, mit einem aus einem seilartigen Bündel von Schnüren bestehend endlosen Strang, der mit einem Überzugsschlauch aus Kunststoffaser-Textilgewebe überzogen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strang (1) vor dem Überziehen mit dem Textilgewebeschlauch (7) zunächst mit einem für flüssige Medien impermeablen Schlauch (10) aus Kunststoffolie überzogen und erst dann über diesen der Textilgewebe-Schlauch (7) darübergezogen und dieser mit einem Imprägnierungsfluid (12) getränkt wird.
