[origin: EP0370413A2] A shoe insole, made of latex for example, is described, which is closed off both on the underside and on the upper side with an air-permeable fibrous non-woven made of natural fibres or of other natural materials. The sole can be latticed and form a frame for the insole, which is provided on top with knobs and forms raised acupressure points and/or ridges, and between the webs and the like physiologically active material is intercalated. The anatomically formed sole is closed around the edge.
