The present invention relates to a device for drying heat-sensitive and easily inflammable materials, consisting of a) a heat exchanger (2) having a supply pipe for room air and a discharge pipe (4) for the heated room air, b) a gas feed device (5) arranged on the suction side in the discharge pipe (4) and c) an expansion and distribution box (6) at the end of the discharge pipe (4) of the heat exchanger (2), d) one throttle device (7) in each case being arranged on the suction and pressure side of the gas feed device (5), e) an air deflector (18) being situated in the expansion and distribution box transversely to the direction of flow of the air, f) a plate (12), provided with air slits (19), for the purpose of uniformly distributing the heated air over the entire air outlet surface being arranged on the air outlet side of the expansion and distribution box (6) and g) the discharge pipe (4) being designed to be flexible and the expansion and distribution box (6) to be vertically and laterally adjustable. <IMAGE>

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen hitzeempfindlicher und leicht entzündbarer Materialien bestehend aus a) einem Wärmetauscher (2) mit einer Zuleitung für für Raumluft und einer Ableitung (4) für die erwärmte Raumluft, b) einer in der Ableitung (4) saugseitig angeordneten Gasfördereinrichtung (5) und c) einem Entspannungs- und Verteilerkasten (6) am Ende der Ableitung (4) vom Wärmetauscher (2), wobei d) auf der Saug- und Druckseite der Gasfördereinrichtung (5) je eine Drosseleinrichtung (7) angeordnet ist, e) in dem Entspannungs- und Verteilerkasten quer zur Strömungsrichtung der Luft ein Luftleitblech (18) sich befindet, f) an der Luftaustrittsseite des Entspannungs- und Verteilerkastens (6) eine mit Luftschlitzen (19) versehene Platte (12) zwecks gleichmäßiger Verteilung der erwärmten Luft über die gesamte Luftaustrittsfläche angeordnet ist und g) die Ableitung (4) flexibel und der Entspannungs- und Verteilerkasten (6) höhen- und seitenverstellbar ausgestaltet ist.
