[origin: EP0370715A2] A screw type coupling device including a male screw element (M) formed by installing a coil spring helical component (13) on the outer surface of a columnar element and a female screw element (N) formed by installing a coil spring helical component (16) in a tubular element so that the two helical components are screwed its each other and thus connected. The application of such a coupling device to an antenna (11) for vehicles allows the antenna having a male screw element (M) at the base to be removably attached to the vehicle body by screwing the male screw element (M) into the female screw element (N).
