Each header of the radiator comprises: a U-section (3) which is closed at the two ends and which is equipped with holes (2), into each of which fits one of the ends of one of the parallel pipes (1) of the radiator, this end being welded inside the U-section by means of a weld (5), a second U-section (6) closed at the two ends and covering with its two legs the open side of the first U-section, the end of each leg of one of the U-sections being bent inwards in a Z-shaped manner to form a groove (8), into which formed grooves the end of the legs of the other U-section engages and is welded there by means of a flush weld (10), in such a way that the outer faces of the two U-sections (3-6) are in the same plane. <IMAGE>

Chaque collecteur du radiateur comprend : un profilé en U (3) fermé aux deux extrémités, lequel profilé en U est pourvu de trous (2), où dans chaque trou s'ajuste une des extrémités d'un des tuyaux parallèles (1) du radiateur, laquelle extrémité est soudée au moyen d'une soudure (5) à l'intérieur du profilé en U, un deuxième profilé en U (6) fermé aux deux extrémités, qui recouvre avec ses deux jambes le côté ouvert du premier profilé en U, l'extrémité de chaque jambe d'un des profilés en U étant pliée vers l'intérieur en forme de Z pour former une rainure (8), dans lesquelles rainures formées, l'extrémité des jambes de l'autre profilé en U s'engage et y est soudée au moyen d'une soudure plate (10), de telle sorte que les côtés extérieurs des deux profilés en U (3-6) se trouvent dans un même plan.
