Abstract (en)
This mechanism is intended for a binder with opening rings of the type comprising a base (2) supporting the rings (3) and their member for controlling the opening and closing, such as a lever (4) or the like, and a plate (5) intended to be fastened, by rivets, lugs (6), glue or the like, to the flat (7) or back of a binder, means being provided for ensuring the fastening the base (2) to the plate (5). Ce mécanisme est destiné au classeur à anneaux ouvrants du type comprenant une embase (2) supportant les anneaux (3) et leur organe de commande d'ouverture et de fermeture tel que levier (4) ou similaire et une platine (5) destinée à être fixée, par rivets, oeillets (6), colle ou autre similaire, sur le plat (7) ou le dos d'un classeur, des moyens étant prévus pour assurer la fixation de l'embase (2) à la platine (5).
