[origin: EP0372222A2] In the case of a packaging film for fibre material 1 impregnated with a curable synthetic resin, the invention comprises the film 2, 3 having at least one additive 5 of an easily visible material, possible materials being metals in the form of thin coatings, gases in the form of fine bubbles, various dyes or ferromagnetic materials. It is advantageous here that virtually all film residues appearing in the outer cut surfaces of cut-to-size pieces or workpieces to be cured are discovered, so that removal thereof can be initiated. This substantially prevents the occurrence of damaged components. It is also advantageous that some of the added materials facilitate the use of automatic detection methods. <IMAGE>
