Verstellbarer Kinngurt für Motorradschutzhelme mit zwei Gurtteilen (11,12), die mit einem selbstfeststellenden doppeltwirkenden Klemmrollenverschluss (15) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Verschluss aus einem Rahmen (16) mit mindestens zwei Klemmrollen (13, 14) besteht und auf einem oder beiden kurzen quer liegenden Teilstücken (18) des Rahmens (16) des Verschlusses (15) eine Stellklappe (19,20) um den Rahmenteil (18) schwenkbar angelenkt ist und die Ausdehnung (21) der Stellklappe (19,20) in Zugrichtung des Gurtes der gewünschten Kopfgrössenänderung des Gurtes entspricht, wobei die Stellklappe (19,20) in das Innere des Verschlussrahmens (16) einschwenkbar ist.
