Abstract (en)

The aqueous metal surface cleaner according to the invention has a pH above 7 and contains acyclic di- and/or oligoazaalkane with 2 to 12 nitrogen atoms, preferably a maximum of 5 nitrogen atoms, in the molecule and surfactant which differs from soap and has a number of carbon atoms greater than 12. Each C atom in the oligoazaalkane is bonded to a maximum of 1 nitrogen atom. The cleaner expediently contains 0.05 to 10 g/l di- and/or oligoazaalkane and, in addition, builder and/or anionic or nonionic surfactant. The cleaner is preferably used by the spray method.

Der erfindungsgemäße wäßrige Reiniger für Metalloberflächen mit einem pH-Wert größer als 7 weist einen Gehalt an azyklischem Di- und/oder Oligoazaalkan mit 2 bis 12 Stickstoffatomen, vorzugsweise maximal 5 Stickstoffatomen, im Molekül sowie an von Seife verschiedenem Tensid mit einer Zahl von Kohlenstoffatomen größer als 12 auf. Im Oligoazaalkan ist jedes C-Atom an maximal 1 Stickstoffatom gebunden. Zweckmäßigerweise enthält der Reiniger 0,05 bis 10 g/l Di- und/oder Oligoazaalkan sowie zusätzlich Gerüstsubstanz und/oder anionenaktives bzw. nichtionogenes Tensid. Die Anwendung des Reinigers erfolgt vorzugsweise im Spritzverfahren.
