The invention relates to the field of mechanics, and more precisely to the field of packaging. <??>The invention relates, in particular, to a stopper and distribution device formed from three pieces, characterised in that it comprises a container (1) containing a solid or liquid product (2), a flexible intermediate part permanently fixed onto the neck of the container and formed from concentric rings joined together, inside which rings are arranged two leaktight diaphragms (5, 7) interconnected by a perforation means (8) arranged vertically, perpendicular to the plane of the two diaphragms, and an upper part (12) of cylindrical-spherical shape terminating in an elongated nozzle closed at its end. <??>The upper part contains a solvent liquid (14) which is intended to come into contact with the liquid or solid product contained in the container after compression of the flexible intermediate part and perforation of the two diaphragms. <??>The solution or suspension formed is dispensed through the upper nozzle after the end has been cut off and the device turned upside down. <??>The device according to the invention can be used in the pharmaceutical industry for making and dispensing sterile preparations such as ophthalmic auricular and nasal preparations. <IMAGE>

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la mécanique et plus précisément au domaine de l'emballage. L'invention concerne en particulier un dispositif de bouchage et de répartition formé de trois pièces caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un récipient (1) contenant un produit (2) solide ou liquide, une partie intermédiaire souple assujettie d'une manière permanente sur le goulot du récipient, formée d'anneaux concentriques réunis entre eux et à l'intérieur desquels, on a disposé deux membranes étanches (5, 7) reliées entre elles par un moyen de perforation (8) disposé verticalement, perpendiculairement au plan des deux membranes et une partie (12) supérieure de forme cylindrosphérique terminée par un ajutage allongé fermé à son extrémité. La partie supérieure contient un liquide solvant (14) qui est destiné à venir en contact avec le produit liquide ou solide contenu dans le récipient après compression de la partie intermédiaire souple et perforation des deux membranes. La solution ou suspension réalisée est distribuée par l'ajutage supérieur après section de l'extrémité et retournement du dispositif. Le dispositif selon l'invention est utilisable dans l'industrie pharmaceutique pour la réalisation et la distribution de préparations stériles comme les préparations ophtalmiques auriculaires et nasales.
