Abstract (en)
In a constructed piston for internal-combustion engines, the upper and lower part (5, 2) are supported relative to each other on concentric bearing surfaces (10, 11) and are clamped to each other via expansion screws. In the annular area of the upper part, the piston possesses two compression rings and a lubrication ring and has blind holes (20) starting from the cooling chamber situated in the upper part and extending behind the fire web and the below the piston base. In order to avoid deposits in the blind holes (20), a channel (23) is provided in the supporting collar (8) of the lower part (2), which channel is connected to the blind holes (20) via bores which run in an inclined manner radially outwards. <IMAGE>

Bei einem gebauten Kolben für Brennkraftmaschinen stützen sich Ober- und Unterteil (5, 2) auf konzentrischen Auflageflächen (10, 11) gegeneinander ab und sind über Dehnschrauben miteinander verspannt. Der Kolben besitzt im Ringfeld des Oberteils zwei Kompressionsringe und einen Ölring und weist von dem im Oberteil befindlichen Kühlraum ausgehende sich hinter den Feuersteg und unter den Kolbenboden erstreckende Sacklochbohrungen (20) auf. Zur Vermeidung von Ablagerungen in den Sacklochbohrungen (20) ist in dem Abstützbund (8) des Unterteils (2) eine Rille (23) vorgesehen, die über geneigt radial nach außen verlaufende Bohrungen mit den Sacklochbohrungen (20) verbunden ist.
