[origin: EP0373709A1] The invention relates to an apparatus for the connection of the inner and outer conductor of a coaxial cable to contact pins. The apparatus is to permit an electrically secure and, in conjunction with a multi-point connector component, an easily disconnectable connection of a coaxial cable. It should be easy and cost-effective to manufacture and have good electrical properties in respect of a coaxial signal routing. <??>It is proposed that the apparatus has an essentially plane component (8) consisting of material with good electrical conductivity, having a connecting vane (13) for connecting the outer conductor (3). The component (8) has on its circumference through- holes (14) through which first contact pins (5) can be inserted and brought into contact with the component (8). A second contact pin (16) can be inserted through a recess (15) arranged approximately in the centre of the component (8) and brought into contact with the inner conductor (2) of the coaxial cable (1). <IMAGE>
