Dispenser and applicator with a manual closure, comprising a plug (3) connected to the neck (2) of a receptacle (1) and provided with a closing finger (9) which leaves free outflow apertures (8) and controls the passage of a ring (14) leading to a dispenser (16) of a product contained in the receptacle (1) and brought to an applicator member (24), characterised by a bush (10) arranged around the neck (2) and movable axially, the said bush comprising a ring (14) for cooperating with the closing finger (9) and at least one button (17) which projects through an aperture (18) of the dispenser (16) fixed to the receptacle (1), the said button (17) being guided axially through the aperture (18) in which it slides in order to displace the bush (10) axially. <IMAGE>

Dispositif distributeur et applicateur à obturateur manuel comportant un bouchon (3) relié au goulot (2) d'un récipient (1) et muni d'un doigt obturateur (9) laissant libres des lumières (8) d'écoulement et contrôlant le passage d'une bague (14) menant à un distributeur (16) d'un produit contenu dans le récipient (1) et amené à un organe applicateur (24), caractérisé par une douille (10) disposée autour du goulot (2) et mobile axialement, ladite douille comportant une bague (14) pour coopérer avec le doigt obturateur (9) et au moins un bouton (17) faisant saillie par une lumière (18) du distributeur (16) fixé au récipient (1), ledit bouton (17) étant guidé axialement par la lumière (18) dans laquelle il coulisse pour déplacer la douille (10) axialement.
