Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to an automatic machine for rinsing and sterilising bottles, characterised in that it essentially consists of receptacles (1) for receiving the bottles (2), the receptacles being arranged as planet wheels (10) in a wheel (3) whose axis (4) is horizontal, of a device (5) for introducing the bottles (2) into the receptacles (1), supplied by a belt (6) for conveying the bottles, of a device (8) for receiving the washed bottles and removing the latter by means of an output belt (7) and, optionally, of a protective casing (9) surrounding the wheel (3) with its planet wheels (10) over that portion of distance extending from the device (5) for introducing the bottles to the device (8) for receiving the washed bottles. The articulation of the receptacles (1) is effected such that when the latter are equipped with bottles (2) they naturally orient themselves vertically with the neck pointing downwards. Moreover, each planet wheel (10) is provided with a rubber-coated wheel or with a pinion (23) intended to interact with a cam or a rack (24) enabling the planet wheel to pivot so as to bring the receptacles (1) into positions compatible with the loading and unloading of the bottles (2). <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne une machine automatique de rinçage et de stérilisation de bouteilles caractérisée en ce qu'elle est essentiellement constituée par des godets (1) de réception des bouteilles (2) disposés en satellites (10) dans une roue (3) dont l'axe (4) est horizontal, par un dispositif (5) d'introduction des bouteilles (2) dans les godets (1) alimenté par une chaîne (6) de convoyage des bouteilles, par un dispositif (8) de réception des bouteilles lavées évacuant ces dernières au moyen d'une chaîne de sortie (7) et, éventuellement, par un carter de protection (9) entourant la roue (3) avec ses satellites (10) sur la partie de parcours s'étendant après le dispositif (5) d'introduction des bouteilles jusqu'au dispositif (8) de réception des bouteilles lavées. L'articulation des godets (1) est réalisée de telle manière que ceux-ci munis des bouteilles (2) s'orientent naturellement à la verticale, le goulot vers le bas. Par ailleurs, chaque satellite (10) est pourvu d'une roue caoutchoutée ou d'un pignon (23) destiné à coopérer avec une came ou une crémaillère (24), permettant le pivotement de celui-ci afin d'amener les godets (1) dans des positions compatibles avec le chargement et le déchargement des bouteilles (2).
