Abstract (en)
The protecting and sealing assembly for a dispenser of pasty produce, for example toothpaste, comprises a protective cap (1) and a dispensing top (2) mounted on a receiving portion (3) of the dispenser, the said dispensing top (2) comprising a lateral dispensing opening (20), the said protective cap (1) comprising at least one stopper member (13) intended to be assembled with the said opening (20) so as to seal it substantially hermetically, the dispensing top (2) and the protective cap (1) being provided, respectively on their outer surface and their inner surface, with at least one projecting tube (21) and at least one guide slope (10), these being intended to interact when the said protective cap (1) is applied over the said dispensing top (2) so as to guide the stopper member (13) onto the dispensing opening (20) and enable assembly into the sealed position of the said stopper member (13) with the opening (20), whatever the relative angular position at which the cap (1) has been applied over the top (2). <IMAGE>

L'ensemble de protection et de bouchage d'un distributeur de produit pateux, par exemple, de pâte dentifrice, comporte un capot de protection (1) et un capuchon de distribution (2) monté sur une partie récipient (3) du distributeur, ledit capuchon de distribution (2) comprenant une ouverture de distribution (20) latérale, ledit capot de protection (1) comprenant au moins un organe obturateur (13) destiné à s'assembler avec ladite ouverture (20) pour la boucher de façon sensiblement hermétique, le capuchon de distribution (2) et le capot de protection (1) étant munis, respectivement sur leur surface externe et leur surface interne, d'au moins une saillie de conduite (21) et d'au moins une rampe de guidage (10), destinées à coopérer lorsqu'on applique ledit capot de protection (1) sur ledit capuchon de distribution (2) pour guider l'organe obturateur (13) jusqu'à l'ouverture de distribution (20) et permettre l'assemblage dudit organe obturateur (13), en position de bouchage, avec l'ouverture (20), quelle que soit la position relative angulaire selon laquelle a été appliqué le capot (1) sur le capuchon (2).
