Abstract (en)
A sealing laying stillage for balconies and terraces, in which the floor slabs (10) made of stone or the like are laid on a supporting base, is provided for renovating and repair purposes, said stillage being equipped with rail-like longitudinal-profile members (13), in particular made of hard material such as iron, the longitudinal-profile members (13) being placed, either directly or by supporting members (12), on a separate sealing web (11) made of insulating material and each group of longitudinal-profile members (13) receiving and supporting floor slabs (15) made of ceramic, or of artificial or natural stone. As a result, laying is possible to a large extent independently of weather conditions and can also be performed quickly, simply and accurately and is cost-saving.

Für Sanierungs- und Instandsetzungszwecke wird eine abdichtende Flachstellage für Balkone und Terrassen, bei der die Bodenplatten (10) aus Stein o.dgl. auf einer abstützenden Unterlage verlegt sind, vorgesehen, die ausgestattet ist mit schienenförmigen Längsprofil-Bauteilen (13), insbesondere aus hartem Werkstoff wie Eisen, wobei die Längsprofilbauteile (13) auf einer separaten Dichtbahn (11) aus Isolierstoff, entweder unmittelbar oder durch Stützglieder (12) aufgesetzt sind und je eine Gruppe der Längsprofil-Bauteile (13) Bodenplatten (15) aus Keramik, oder aus Kunst- bzw. Naturstein aufnimmt und abstützt. Hierdurch wird eine Verlegung weitgehendst unabhängig von der Witterung möglich, die auch schnell, einfach und exakt ausführbar und kostensparend ist.
