The two guide parts are connected to one another by means of a narrow web (16) on the shank top edge and on the shank bottom edge, at least one of the two webs having a height of at most 1.1 mm, and the two webs, together with the guide parts assigned to them, limiting a respective recess, in the shank, designed as a free space (15) and filled with a vibration-damping material (17) connected firmly to the shank.
