[origin: EP0375854A2] The invention relates to a case, in particular a spectacle case, consisting of a spectacle pouch with a front wall, a rear wall, side walls, connecting said front and rear walls, and a pouch bottom as well as a closure flap which can be swivelled over the front wall and connected to the latter to form a closure. For use as a universal bag for essential objects and documents required in business, the bag, initially constructed only as a spectacle case, is to be modified in terms of function in such a way that it also serves for storing and carrying said objects in a manner which guarantees a good overview and easy access for the user, but, on the other hand, does not subject said objects in an unprotected manner to the access of third parties. This is achieved according to the invention in that the spectacle pouch is provided with several additional pockets which serve for receiving such utensils as cheque cards, pens, combs and the like. <IMAGE>
