Abstract (en)
An electrohydraulic proportional valve (10) in a two-stage type of construction is proposed in which control means engaging in the pilot circuit (42) influence the pressure build-up in a control space (27) at the main control spool (17) and thus its deflection in order to meet preset safety requirements. An auxiliary connection (C) provided on a standard valve is connected via a longitudinal groove (47) at the main control spool (17) to the control space (27), to which pressure can be admitted by the pilot valve (13), and can be relieved of load to the tank via an additional manipulating valve (14). Even when the pilot valve (13) is performing a regulating function, unintentional deflection of the main control spool (17) in certain directions can thus be prevented, so that only desired pressure-medium connections can be produced by the main control valve (12). <IMAGE>

Es wird ein elektrohydraulisches Proportionalwegeventil (10) in zweistufiger Bauweise vorgeschlagen, bei dem in den Vorsteuerkreis (42) eingreifende Steuermittel den Druckaufbau in einem Steuerraum (27) am Hauptsteuerschieber (17) und damit dessen Auslenkung beeinflussen, um vorgegebene Sicherheitsanforderungen zu erfüllen. Ein bei einem Standardventil vorgesehener Hilfsanschluß (C) ist über eine Längsnut (47) am Hauptsteuerschieber (17) mit dem vom Vorsteuerventil (13) beaufschlagbaren Steuerraum (27) verbunden und über ein zusätzliches Schaltventil (14) zum Tank entlastbar. Selbst bei regelndem Vorsteuerventil (13) kann damit eine ungewollte Auslenkung des Hauptsteuerschiebers (17) in bestimmte Richtungen verhindert werden, so daß nur gewünschte Druckmittelverbindungen vom Hauptsteuerventil (12) herstellbar sind.
