Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Hochtemperatur-Schutzschicht (1) die auf Bauelemente (4) aus einem au stenitischen Werkstoff aufgetragen wird. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Hochtemperatur-Schutzschicht (1) zu schaffen, die eine gute Verträglichkeit mit dem Werkstoff der Bauelemente (4) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird zwischen jedem Bauelement (4) und einer Deckschicht (3) die durch NiCoCrAlY gebildet wird, eine Zwischenschicht (2) angeordnet, deren Zusammensetzung dem Gleichgewichtszustand entspricht, der sich nach langer Diffussionszeit zwischen der Deckschicht (3) und dem Werkstoff des Bauelements (4) einstellt.
