[origin: EP0376152A1] The hand towel dispenser (11) is driven by an electric motor (36) which is constructed as a roller motor and is accommodated in a winding-up roller for used hand towel. It drives the winding-off roller (30) via a free wheel (43) and a worm gear (47, 48), whereas the winding-up roller (27) also carries out a return winding-off movement to form a sufficient hand towel loop (33) in addition to the winding-up movement. <IMAGE>
