Device and method for introducing under pressure a carburetted mixture into a chamber (16) of a first cylinder (1) of a two-stroke internal-combustion engine. The device is characterised particularly in that it comprises a valve (19) interacting with a seat in order to close off a pipe (15) for introducing the carburetted mixture into the chamber (16) of the first cylinder, means (25) for the return of the valve (19), and an assistance member comprising a separating element interacting with one end of a stem of the valve (19), said member (22) separating a first (23) and a second (24) volume, within each of which a pressure prevails, the element (22) having a movement and producing a displacement of the valve (19) under the action of the difference between the pressure of the first volume and the pressure of the second volume. Dispositif et méthode pour introduire sous pression un mélange carburé dans une chambre (16) d'un premier cylindre (1) d'un moteur à combustion interne à deux temps. Le dispositif est notamment caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une soupape (19) coopérant avec un siège pour obturer une canalisation d'introduction (15) du mélange carburé dans la chambre (16) du premier cylindre, des moyens de rappel (25) de la soupape (19), un organe d'assistance comportant un élément de séparation coopérant avec une extrémité d'une queue de la soupape (19), ledit organe (22) séparant un premier (23) et un deuxième (24) volumes au sein de chacun desquels règne une pression, l'élément (22) ayant un mouvement et produisant un déplacement de la soupape (19) sous l'action de la différence entre la pression du premier volume et la pression du deuxième volume. La méthode utilise notamment le dispositif selon l'invention.
