Abstract (en)
An apparatus for slitting and curling decorative ribbons is described, in which the apparatus comprises a cutting punch which is resiliently and movably connected to a counter-plate. The cutting punch possesses, on its side facing the counter-plate, a multiplicity of cutting elements which are in the form of plastic cutters and which extend in the direction of the relative movement between the apparatus and the decorative ribbon. The counter-plate is in the form of a die with holes. Each plastic cutter is assigned a hole into which the plastic cutter can plunge. Instead of using holes, it is also possible for the surface of the counter-plate to be in the form of a soft surface. <IMAGE>

Es wird ein Gerät zum Schlitzen und Ringein von Zierverpackungsbändern (4) beschrieben, wobei das Gerät einen Schneidstempel (1) umfaßt, der federnd und beweglich mit einer Gegenplatte (7) verbunden ist. Der Schneidstempel (1) besitzt auf seiner der Gegenplatte (7) zugewandten Seite eine Vielzahl von Schneidelementen, die als Kunststoffschneiden (2) ausgebildet sind, und die sich in Richtung der Relativbewegung zwischen dem Gerät und dem Zierverpackungsband (9) erstrecken. Die Gegenplatte (7) ist als Matrize mit Löchern (4) ausgebildet. Jeder Kunststoffschneide (2) ist dabei ein Loch (4) zugeordnet, in welches die Kunststoffschneide (2) eintauchen kann. An Stelle der Verwendung von Löchern (4 ist es auch möglich, die Oberfläche der Gegenplatte (7) als weiche Oberfläche auszubilden.
