[origin: WO9000804A1] A winding device for transformer coils, choking coils and related devices is basically composed of at least two geometrically and magnetically separated magnetic circuits or cores having identical or different magnetic features. At least one winding surrounds at least one of these geometrically and magnetically separated magnetic circuits or cores and/or at least one winding surrounds at least two such geometrically and magnetically separated circuits or cores. Once the partially wound or not yet wound winding forms, winding spindles, flangeless coil shells or single or multiple chamber coil shells provided with flanges have been mounted on a structure composed of the gripping or chucking tool (1), of the tie-bar (2) and the winding receiving elements (3), the tie-bar (5), which is mounted by means of the clamping elements (6) on the winding receiving elements (3), and the centering or guiding element (7), are mounted for purposes of consolidation and centering and/or guidance. The assembled winding device can finally be clamped, centered and/or guided on the turning lathe, winding bench or machine and is thus ready for winding operations.

Le dispositif de bobinage décrit sert à réaliser des bobinages pour transformateurs, bobines de self et appareils connexes, dont la structure schématique comporte au moins deux circuits ou noyaux magnétiques géométriquement et magnétiquement séparés, présentant des caractéristiques magnétiques identiques ou différentes, au moins un enroulement entourant au moins un de ces circuits ou noyaux magnétiques et/ou au moins un enroulement entourant conjointement au moins deux desdits circuits ou noyaux magnétiques. Après montage des gabarits de bobinage, mandrins de bobinage, armatures de bobine sans bride ou armatures de bobine mono- ou multichambres munies de brides, lesquelles armatures sont déjà partiellement bobinées ou restent à bobiner, sur la structure comprenant le dispositif de fixation ou de serrage (1), la traverse (2) et les éléments (3) de réception du bobinage, on monte, à des fins de blocage, centrage ou guidage, la traverse (5), laquelle se monte à l'aide des éléments de serrage (6) sur les éléments (3) de réception du bobinage, ainsi que l'élément de centrage ou de guidage (7). Le dispositif de bobinage ainsi équipé peut alors être fixé sur la bobineuse, banc de bobinage ou de retordage puis centré et/ou guidé, et est maintenant prêt pour le processus de bobinage.
