The vehicle headlamp has a shell-shaped reflector (2) which consists of sheet metal and has a radially outwardly projecting flange (6) around the circumference of its outer edge. Holding tabs (9) of the reflector (2) are made integrally with its flange (6) by appropriate free punching. The holding tabs (9) are bent towards the rear of the reflector (2) about a bending line running transversely to their longitudinal extension and, with the exception of their free end section (11) which points counter to the light exit direction and is spaced with respect to the outer edge of the reflector flange towards the optical axis, said tabs are doubled by folding with the flange (6) of the reflector (2). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Der Fahrzeugscheinwerfer weist einen aus Blech bestehenden schalenförmigen Reflektor (2) auf, welcher an seinem äußeren Rand umlaufend einen radial nach außen vorspringenden Flansch (6) aufweist. Haltelappen (9) des Reflektors (2) sind einstückig durch entsprechenden Freischnitt mit seinem Flansch (6) ausgeführt. Die Haltelappen (9) sind um eine quer zu ihrer Längsausdehnung verlaufende Biegelinie zur Rückseite des Reflektors (2) hin gebogen und sind mit Ausnahme ihres freien, entgegen der Lichtaustrittsrichtung weisenden Endabschnitt (11), welcher zum äußeren Rand des Reflektorflansches zur optischen Achse hin beabstandet ist, durch Falten mit dem Flansch (6) des Reflektors (2) gedoppelt.
