Constitué par un arbre vertical (6) entraîné en rotation par un motoréducteur (5) à l'une de ses extrémités ou extrémité supérieure et portant à son extrémité opposée ou extrémité inférieure, un ensemble de raclage et de malaxage (7) susceptible de venir en prise avec le miel stocké dans le fût (8) pour transformer sa structure cristallisée en une structure pâteuse, cet ensemble de raclage et de malaxage (7) étant constitué par une vis sans fin (9) centrée solidairement sur l'arbre vertical (6) et coopérant avec des palettes racleuses (11) montées perpendiculairement sur ce dernier et munies d'une denture (12) à leur partie inférieure.
