Abstract (en)
The supporting means serve for the fastening of facade panels (1) made of stone, ceramic, glass, sheet metal or the like, and possesses at least one screw element (6) with a screw thread, which protrudes transversely from the rear of the panel. To permit simple, precise and, as far as possible, joint-free assembly, a supporting panel (2) in the form of a lightweight element made of expanded glass, expanded clay, polystyrene, polyurethane foam, expanded slate, expanded mica, pressed glass fibres or the like, with or without the addition of binder, which panel can be affixed to the rear of the facade panel by adhesive bonding, is provided. The said supporting panel comprises layers of glass fabric (3, 4) which are preferably attached to both outer sides and increase the flexural rigidity. Inserted into the supporting panel (2) on one side is a supporting plate (5) to which a screw element (6) which extends through the supporting panel (2) and is preferably in the form of a threaded bush is fixed. An additional mechanical securing means, which can be subjected to particularly high thermal and mechanical loads, can be provided in the form of a solder-glass joint (20) between a bearing plate (15), inserted fixedly into the base panel (2) on the side facing the facade panel (1), and the adjacent facade panel (1). <IMAGE>

Die Halteeinrichtung dient dem Befestigen von Fassadenplatten (1) aus Stein, Keramik, Glas, Metallblech o.ä., weist mindestens ein von der Plattenrückseite quer abstehendes Schraubelement (6) mit einem Schraubgewinde auf. Um eine einfache genaue, möglichst stoßfugenfreie Montage zu ermöglichen, ist eine durch Ankleben an der Plattenrückseite fixierbare Halteplatte (2) in Form eines Leichtbauelements aus Blähglas, Blähton, Polystyrol, Polyurethanschaumstoff, Blähschiefer, Blähglimmer, gepreßten Glasfasern oder dgl., ggf. unter Beifügung von Bindemittel vorgesehen. Diese umfaßt vorzugsweise an beiden Außenseiten festgelegte, die Biegesteifigkeit erhöhende Glasgewebeschichten (3, 4). In die Halteplatte (2) ist einseitig ein Halteteller (5) eingelagert, an dem ein durch die Halteplatte (2) hindurch erstreckendes Schraubelement (6), vorzugsweise in Form einer Gewindebuchse fixiert ist. Eine zusätzliche mechanische Sicherung, die thermisch und mechanisch besonders hoch belastbar ist, kann in Form einer Glaslotverbinung (20) eines in die Trägerplatte (2) an der der Fassadenplatte (1) zugewandten Seite fest eingelagerten Tragtellers (15) mit der anliegenden Fassadenplatte (1) vorgesehen sein.
