Rolled nonferrous sheets for covering a roof and for cladding a wall can be laid, starting at the eaves, on an underlying structure by means of cleats locked into the seam and can be connected to one another by cross welted seams extending at their sides. In order to achieve an improvement in the structural performance while keeping the wind load as low as possible, the nonferrous sheets have a rhombic or square shape and the cross welted seams are attached, on the side remote from the building, in the upper sheet half (6) and, on the building side, in the lower sheet half (8). <IMAGE>

Gewalzte NE-Bleche für Dachdeckung und Fassenbekleidung sind beginnend an der Traufe auf einer Unterkonstruktion mittels Falzhaften verlegbar und durch an ihren Seiten verlaufende Querfalze miteinander verbindbar. Um eine Verbesserung der gestalterischen Effekte bei möglichst niedriger Windlast zu erreichen, besitzen die NE-Bleche eine rhombische oder quadratische Form und die Querfalze sind in der oberen Blechhälfte (6) bauabseitig und in der unteren Blechhälfte (8) bauseitig angebracht.
