Abstract (en)
A packaging container for receiving a free-flowing product comprises a flexible sack with closable outlet bung (2) and associated opening (6), supported in a rigid sheath. The outlet bung has a product outlet tube (9) which branches laterally from an upper part (8), whose oval outlet cross-section (10) can be closed and opened by means of a cylindrical tube extending into the upper part and provided with an opening for a closure cap (15) which can be rotated with respect to the outlet bung. A fastening flange (4) extends radially outward between the upper part (8) and the neck (3) of the bung. The packaging container is designed in two parts so as to ensure a maximum outlet cross-section, together with reliable sealing and minimal material requirements. To this end, the tubular upper part (8) is integral with the outer edge of the fastening flange (7) and the neck (3) of the bung extends outward beyond the fastening flange (7), by means of an inner tubular piece (13), into the lower end of the upper part (8) below the product outlet tube (9) so as to form an annular gap (14) between the upper part (8) and the inner tubular piece (13) for sealing accomodation of the inner tube (16) of the closure cap (15).

Ein Verpackungsbehälter zur Aufnahme eines fließfähigen Produktes mit in einer steifen Umhüllung gelagertem flexiblen Sack mit verschließbarem Auslaufspund (2) und diesem zugeordneter Öffnung (6), wobei der Auslaufspund mit einem seitlich aus einem Oberteil (8) abzweigenden Produktaustrittsrohr (9) versehen ist, dessen ovaler Austrittsquerschnitt (10) mittels eines sich in das Oberteil erstreckenden zylindrischen Rohres mit einer entsprechenden Öffnung einer gegenüber dem Auslaufspund verdrehbaren Verschlußkappe (15) schließ- und freigebbar ist, wobei zwischen dem Oberteil (8) und dem Spundhals (3) ein sich radial nach außen erstreckender Fixierflansch (4) ausgebildet ist, soll derart zweiteilig ausgebildet werden, daß bei Aufrechterhaltung einer zuverlässigen Abdichtung und möglichst geringem Materialverbrauch der Durchtrittsquerschnitt des Verschlusses möglichst groß ist. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß das rohrförmige Oberteil (8) am Außenrand des Fixierflansches (7) angeformt und der Spundhals (3) über den Fixierflansch (7) hinaus mittels eines Innenrohrstückes (13) in das untere Ende des Oberteils (8) unterhalb des Produktaustrittsrohres (9) verlängert ist, derart, daß zwischen dem Oberteil (8) und dem Innenrohrstück (13) ein Ringspalt (14) zur dichtenden Aufnahme des Innenrohres (16) der Verschlußkappe (15) gebildet ist.
