In a device for filling portions of liquid or pasty filling material, in particular of the foodstuffs industry and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, into containers (19), comprising a storage container for filling material, a metering device having a plunger and a metering chamber, and an outlet (10) which comprises a shut-off valve (11) in an outlet channel and is intended for dispensing measured amounts of filling material to a container, for the purpose of achieving a high shut-off reliability the shut-off valve is formed by a valve sleeve (21) which contains a through-hole for the filling material and is supported in a guide bore of the same diameter of a holder fitted in the outlet channel, the guide bore in its end region on the outlet side continuing in a cutting ring (23) which interacts with a counter-cutter at the end of the valve sleeve on the outlet side. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Vorrichtung zum portionsweisen Abfüllen von flüssigem oder pastösem Füllgut insbesondere der Lebensmittelindustrie sowie der chemischen und pharmazeutischen Industrie in Behältnisse (19) mit einem Vorratsbehälter für Füllgut, einer einen Kolben und eine Dosierkammer aufweisenden Dosiereinrichtung und mit einem ein Absperrventil (11) in einem Ausflußkanal umfassenden Ausfluß (10) für die Abgabe abgemessener Füllgutmengen an ein Behältnis ist das Absperrventil zur Erzielung einer hohen Absperrsicherheit von einer eine Durchtrittsöffnung für das Füllgut enthaltenden, in einer durchmessergleichen Führungsbohrung eines im Ausflußkanal angebrachten Halters abgestützten Ventilhülse gebildet (21), wobei sich die Führungsbohrung in ihrem ausflußseitigen Endbereich in einem Schneidring (23) fortsetzt, der mit einer Gegenschneide am ausflußseitigen Ende der Ventilhülse zusammenwirkt.
