[origin: EP0379466A1] The construction element (10) has an organic vegetation layer (1) which is connected with organic binding agents to form a stiff-plastic block and is reinforced by plant fibres. A claw fabric (2) for fixing a seed layer is bonded in place on the top side. A base fabric (4) is bonded in place on the underside of the vegetation layer (1), which base fabric (4) serves to secure the topmost soil layer. The construction elements (10) are individually fastened in the slope subsoil by anchors (5). At the head, the anchors (5) have pressure-distribution plates which grip into the claw fabric (2).
