[origin: EP0347969A1] To facilitate handling of support material in the manufacture of flat electrical heating elements and to improve the gas permeability of bonded layers from which such heating elements are made, the heating conductor (18) is secured to a support (6) at isolated points or only in a line along the heating conductor (18) so as to temporarily fix the heating conductor (18) before at least one further covering layer (30) is laminated over it. To this end, the heating conductor (18) is briefly heated by connecting it to an electric current source, and then bonded to the softening adjacent layer (6).

Dans le but de faciliter la manipulation des matériaux de support lors de la fabrication d'éléments chauffants électriques plats et d'améliorer la perméabilité aux gaz des assemblages de couches constituant lesdits éléments chauffants, le conducteur chauffant (18) est fixé sur un support (6) en des points isolés ou uniquement en une ligne le long du conducteur chauffant (18) de manière à permettre la fixation provisoire dudit conducteur avant contre-collage d'au moins une nouvelle couche de recouvrement (30). A cet effet, on chauffe brièvement le conducteur chauffant (18) en le raccordant à une source de courant électrique, puis on le colle sur la couche adjacente (6) se ramollissant.
