Abstract (en)

The device is used for heating the back of a pile of loose leaves using a thermoplastically acting element. The device has an elongate electric heating apparatus which comprises an aluminium rail (7), on whose upper flat side the back of the pile can be placed. This rail (7) has a longitudinal slot (8), into which three PTC-resistor heating elements (9) are inserted one after the other. The heating apparatus is accommodated in a housing (16) with an octagonal cross-section. The housing (16) has an elongate opening (20), through which the back of the pile can be introduced. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Das Gerät dient zur Erwärmung des Rückens eines Loseblatt-Stapels unter Verwendung eines thermoplastisch wirkenden Elementes. Das Gerät weist eine längliche elektrische Heizvorrichtung auf, die eine Aluminium-Schiene (7) umfasst, auf deren oberer flachen Seite der Rücken des Stapels auflegbar ist. diese Schiene (7) weist einen Längsschlitz (8) auf, in den drei Kaltleiterheizelemente (9) nacheinander eingefügt sind. Die Heizvorrichtung ist in einem Gehäuse (16) mit einem oktogonalen Querschnitt untergebracht. Das Gehäuse (16) weist eine längliche Oeffnung (20) auf, durch die der Rücken des Stapels eingeführt werden kann.
