Abstract (en)
A method for the intermittently operating coating of forming tools, predominantly in tabletting machines, with lubricant solutions, suspensions or melts in the form of discrete droplets is described, the latter being released with a gas stream at a nozzle and transported to the zone of the forming tools to be coated, where they are dispersed by a following, greater quantity of gas up to certain marginal zones, for example up to the walls of the mould. This allows frictions, for example on the mould wall, to be prevented during ejection of the mouldings.

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum intermittierend arbeitenden Beschichten von Formwerkzeugen, vornehmlich in Tablettiermaschinen, mit Schmiermittellösungen, -suspensionen oder -schmelzen in Form diskreter Tröpfchen, wobei letztere an einer Düse mit einem Gasstrom freigesetzt und zu der zu beaufschlagenden Zone der Formwerkzeuge transportiert und dort mit einer nachfolgenden, größeren Gasmenge bis zu bestimmten Randzonen, z. B. bis zu den Matrizenwänden, auseinandergespreizt werden. Hierdurch lassen sich Friktionen, z. B. an der Matrizenwand, beim Ausstoß der Formlinge verhindern.
