[origin: EP0380376A1] The invention relates to an arrangement of an exterior handle of a door provided with an aperture (4, 5) intended for receiving a glass pane and comprising an outer panel (2) and a lining (3) fastened to said outer panel, said handle (10) being of the type comprising an outer arm (12) articulated on a housing (11) fastened removably to the outer panel (2) of the door (1) in line with a cutout made in said outer panel. According to the invention, the cutout is located behind the lower rear corner of the aperture (4) of the outer panel (2), and the housing (11) is fastened to said outer panel (2) by attachment means and by a threaded immobilising means.
