[origin: EP0380405A1] The present invention relates to a headlamp lens for a motor vehicle, of the type comprising, in at least first and second neighbouring zones (Za, Zb), at least a first and a second elongated deviation element (Da, Db), each deviation element of one zone having a constant profile determined independently of the constant profile of another deviation element situated opposite in the other zone. It is characterised in that it furthermore comprises, in at least one transition zone (Zt) situated between the first and second zones, at least one connection deviation element (Dt) defined by a continuous surface which bears at one end on the profile (Pa) of a first associated deviation element, and at the opposite end on the profile (Pb) of a second associated deviation element situated opposite the first. The invention makes it possible to produce lenses having improved optical and aesthetic properties. <IMAGE>
