[origin: EP0357094A1] A prefabricated anode for the cathodic protection against corrosion of the steel reinforcements of reinforced steel structures has a core of expanded titanium provided with an activation layer and an ion-conducting cement-containing casing; said prefabricated anode is immovably mounted on the reinforced steel structure so as to conduct ions; the reinforcements of the concrete structure and the core of the anode are then connected to the poles of a constant voltage source.

Anode préfabriquée pour la protection anticorrosion cathodique d'armatures en acier pour structures en béton armé, comportant un noyau en titane déployé doté d'une couche d'activation et d'une enveloppe conductrice d'ions contenant du ciment. Ladite anode préfabriquée est fixée à demeure à la structure en béton armé afin de permettre le transfert d'ions; l'armature de la structure en béton et le noyau de l'anode sont ensuite connectées aux pôles d'une source de tension continue.
