Die Erfindung betrifft eine höhenverstellbare Fußkappe für Bügeltische und gleichartige Haushaltsarbeitsgerätschaften und Einrichtungen mit aus Vierkant-, Rechteck- oder Ovalrohr bestehendem Fußgestell, wobei in jeder Stellung des Fußgestells eine mindestens lineare Auflage am Boden erzielt ist, indem die Fußkappe aus einem Auflagenoppen mit einer, das Rohrprofil des Fußgestells umfassenden Hülse, einem Gewindebolzen und einer teilweise innerhalb des Rohrprofils angeordneten und auf den Gewindebolzen auf- und abschraubbaren Mutter besteht.
