Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0380974A2] In order to provide an adaptor for the clamping of a supplementary tool, suitable for a standard fastening, on a grinding machine, the grinding spindle of which has a hollow spindle, with a mating flange firmly connected to it and a positive-locking piece, and also a draw spindle displaceable in the axial direction in the hollow spindle, the draw spindle containing a receptacle for a holding element which can be fixed and released manually, with which adaptor it is possible to clamp a supplementary tool suitable for a standard fastening, it is proposed that the adaptor have a bolt which carries the holding element at one end and the standard fastening at an opposite end, that a flange be mounted on the bolt, which flange can be shifted in the axial direction of the bolt relative to the latter from an assembly position into a locking position and vice versa, that the flange have a positive-locking mating piece which can be brought into engagement with the positive-locking piece, and that, by the flange located in the locking position, the bolt inserted into the grinding spindle be fixed in such a way that it cannot be rotated on the grinding spindle in the direction of a further arresting movement of the holding element in the receptacle. <IMAGE>
